WELCOME TO DERBYSHIRE TENNIS CENTRE

Derbyshire Tennis Centre is owned by the Derbyshire Tennis Association - We are a non-for profit organisation.  Income generated goes back into Derbyshire Tennis!  We have 2 indoor courts and 3 outdoor floodlit courts for you to enjoy.  We welcome you to use the centre's other facilities like - private car park, changing rooms, lounge area/kitchen area, vending machines, balcony to view indoor courts.

Derbyshire Tennis Centre is one of a handful of selected venues that have been awarded an LTA Youth Recognised Venue in the UK. LTA Youth is an innovative junior programme created to help more children enjoy the benefits of playing and staying in tennis, whatever their age, gender, ability, impairment or background with 5 Key principles

1. Sessions are Fun!

2. Everyone is Active with no waiting around

3. Players acquire decision making skills

4. All sessions are the appropriate challenge level

5. Session look and feel like tennis

LTA Youth Recognised Venues are committed to delivering an excellent junior programme that offers both high quality coaching and regular competitive opportunities for young players.

We are open generally 9.30am-9.30pm everyday and welcome you to pop in any time and speak to our staff/coaches about starting tennis/improving you're tennis or just generally looking to get fitter.

To book a tennis court as a member or non-member go to https://clubspark.lta.org.uk/DerbyshireTennisCentre

Select the drop down and click booking.  From there you must sign into Clubspark, please use your LTA login details if you have them if not register an account.  You'll then have access to the booking sheet, seeing court availability and costs.  If paying as a non-member you have up to 12 hours before to cancel your booking for a full refund (We appreciate there could be weather concerns).  Please leave your booking on time for the next players to start.  Centre staff are available to help should you need any.
